ICE have a long working relationship with the O2 Arena London dating back to the London Prepares Series of events in the build-up to the London 2012 Olympic Games. Since then we have worked closely with arena operating company AEG Europe to deliver a number of health and safety management services including:

• Health and safety staff to fulfil roles including Interim Health and Safety Managers, Permit Controllers, Health and Safety Advisors.
• CDM and Project Coordination for construction work
• Creation and updating of health and safety management systems
• Health and safety auditing and review
• Mentoring of AEG Europe health and safety staff
• Panel member on interviews of senior management staff
