Safety and Operational Support – West Ham United Premier League and UEFA Competitions and Finals – Working with the Club and governing bodies to high levels of safety and operational support in the planning, event and post-event phases.
Event Management – Planning and managing the Victory Parade for West Ham United following their win in the UEFA Conference League competition.
Safety, CDM and Operational Support – Major League Baseball – Supporting the London Stadium operating company with compliance and implementation of safety management systems to ensure high levels of safety management throughout the build and event phase of New York Yankees vs. Red Socks.
CDM Support and Safety Operational Auditing – Cheltenham Festival – Providing CDM advisory support to the Jockey Club including the creation of Construction Phase Plans, Contractor and Subcontract Management, Onsite Training and regular Site Audits.
