Risk Management – Onsite Surveys

Risk Management Onsite Surveys give the Insurance Underwriter a full picture of the risk. Our experienced Risk Surveyors meet the Insured at their premises and go through a detailed and robust auditing process to enable the completion of a detailed report with key findings and risk improvement recommendations where necessary.
Onsite Surveys can also be used by Insurance Brokers to demonstrate the full picture of the Insured when presenting the risk to Insurers or Re-Insurers.

Risk Management – Desktop Surveys

Risk Management Desktop Surveys are a great way for Insurers to get a detailed understanding of the risks attitude to safety management. The survey can be complete in a quick turn around and therefore ideal for both new and renewal policies where the Insurer needs the information back in a short time frame.

The Desktop Surveys include a telephone consultation with the Insured, a review of the documentation supplied by the Insured and the completion of a detailed Desktop Survey report.

Risk Management – Risk Improvement Support

Where risk improvements are identified in Onsite Surveys or Desktop Survey, we can support the Insured with improvements to their safety management systems. This not only ensures the Insured is compliant with legislation and industry best practice standards but also improves the risk to the Insurer. Whether it is policies, risk assessments, training, or competent advice, we are able to provide expert support to close out the risk improvements.

Risk Improvements Support can be arranged directly with the Insured or done in conjunction with the Insurance Broker or Underwriter.
