Current Project
Bryen & Langley
Sam has worked along with the site teams on various Bryen& Langley projects across London and the home counties. Projects which include new build, refurbishment and internal fit out projects.
Sam advises the site managers in all health and safety aspects and provides audits of all projects being carried out by Bryen& Langley.
Sam also supports the rail division of Bryen and Langley, who carry out works on behalf of London Underground. Works undertaken range from works on depots and stations across the London underground network, Sam carries out Rail Audits in engineering hours and daytime audits on London Underground properties.
Franki Foundations
Sam works alongsideFranki Foundations UK (FFUK) health and safety manager and undertakes regular site inspections across the UK, South East and London.
FFUKGroupconsist of Able Piling who undertake mini piling works with various small rigs. Martello Piling are a specialist piling division who carry out restricted access piling, this can range from working in car parks and underneath railway bridges. The machines used have been made bespoke for this type of works. FFUK group are a well-established contractor providing foundation solutions to a wide variety of sites, Sam also attends the regular senior managers meetings and supports the site teams with any issues observed and provides comprehensive advice.
West Ham United
Sam is working with West Ham United to help them develop policies and operating procedures. With the senior club management Sam is developing the health and safety management systems for all areas of the organisation, this includes the grounds teams at the first team’s training centre at Rush Green, Romford along with the Academy level training facilities.
Sam has created and implemented health and safety management systems for the club shop outlets across Essex and the London Stadium. He undertakes regular audits to ensure the management systems are being maintained.
Frequent audits are also undertaken by Sam of the club’s facilities and management system and he works with the management team addressing any issues and implementing solutions to ensure compliance
Swifltine Engineering Ltd.
Sam works with the senior management and site teams on all Swiftline projects across London and the home counites, projects which include new builds and refurbishment developments for mechanical and electrical services fit outs.
Sam works along the site teams to provide health and safety support and auditing of all projects being carried out by Alltech Roofing.
Sam has created and implemented a new site health and safety management system which all site teams have implemented. Monthly auditing of all sites is carried out, and Sam regularly attends senior management team meetings to discuss any health and safety issues that have arisen on site.
