Bryen and Langley are a Principal Contractor who specialise in many sectors of the construction industry. With a number of high-end projects carried out across London and the home counties. They are also the preferred contractor for the small works division of London Underground.

Bryen and Langley undertake works from full refurbishments to new build construction on various types of building, these include works on listed buildings, schools and high end residential.

ICE support Bryen and Langley in many areas of the business; supporting the directors through ISO audits and ensuring the company is compliant across all projects in place.

Documentation is reviewed by ICE, this includes Construction Phase Plans that are issued to the clients Principal Designer. ICE ensure the site complies to CDM 2015.

Fire risk assessments and fire plans are carried out by ICE’s fire risk assessor and monitored to ensure the sites have adequate measures in place.
